静功
quiet-gong
静功(quiet一gong)为气功中的一种功法。练功时躯体外形不动,结合调息、调心,脏腑功能随气通畅,气血自然循序运行。静功者外静内动、静中有动,故练功时可有各种内脏感觉,如四肢温暖,排出浊气等。练功不同于静坐,也不等于入睡,而是大脑处于自我意识控制下的一种特殊形式的“半抑制”状态。当练功结束后收工时,能感到气血舒畅、精力充沛、心安神宁、头脑清新。实验证明,静功能调整自主神经功能,纠正内分泌紊乱,增强免疫机制,加强肺功能及平衡神经系统的兴奋与抑制过程。练功姿势,可在医者指导下根据具体情况,采取坐、卧、站式。属静功之功法很多,如坐桩、站桩、行气、参究、禅、定功、止观、六妙法门,以及静坐法、内养功、放松功等,均属静功范围。参见“导引’,。 (苏复撰周正保审)
