面粉1000克，猪油325克，水适量，豆沙馅1000克。
1.500克面粉中加入猪油250克，和成干油酥；500克面粉加入猪油75克，用适量水和成水油酥。
2.将水油酥包入干油酥卷起，揪剂，每个25克。
3.将豆沙馅包入，分别做成小鸡形和熊猫形，用黑芝麻点上眼睛，即成半成品。
4.放入180度的烤箱内烤制10分钟取出，码盘即可。
