性质:刚玉(α-Al2O3)和莫来石(3Al2O3,2SiO2)为主晶相的陶瓷。具有机械强度高、绝缘性能好的特点。相对介电常数6~7。介质损耗角正切值(14~18)×10-4[MHz,(20±5)℃) ]。体积电阻率1013~1014Ω·cm。击穿强度30~35kV/mm。线膨胀系数约4×10-6/℃ (20~100℃)。主要原料为氧化铝、高岭土和少量添加剂。用一般陶瓷工艺在1350℃左右烧成。可用于制造各种类型的高压绝缘子、套管、高压开关和其他装置零件。
