性质:生产稀硝酸方法之一。氧化和吸收全过程均在0.4~0.5MPa压力下进行。氨经过滤、过热后与压缩机出口0.4~0.5MPa压力的空气混合,在氨氧化炉中铂网催化剂作用下,生成氮氧化物,换热后进硝酸吸收塔,用水吸收可制得约58%硝酸。尾气经透平膨胀机回收能量后放空。特点:投资比综合法低,氨氧化率达96%。尾气直接排放污染环境,需予以回收处理。
