On the basis of spectroscopic analysis,they were identified as (24R)-stigmast-4-ene-3-one (1),24-methylenecycloartanol (2),β-sitosterol (3),(3R)-des-O-methyl lasiodiplodin (4),protocatechuic aldehyde (5),onitin (6),alternariol (7),and daucosterol (8).
经物理方法和谱学分析,分别鉴定为(24R)-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇(2),β-谷甾醇(3),(3R)-去-O-甲基毛狄泼老素(4),原儿茶醛(5),金粉蕨亭(6),交链孢霉酚(7)和胡萝卜苷(8)。

Three of them are identified by various spectrum(mainly 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS) to be β-sitosterol,cycloneolitsol and rutin.
直葶石豆兰(Bulbophyllum suavissimum Rolfe)全草用乙醇浸提,浓缩液依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取,氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分通过反复的柱层析、薄层层析等色谱方法分离得到6个化合物,其中的3个波谱鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、24,24-二甲基-环木菠萝烷-3-醇(cycloneolitsol)和芦丁(rutin)。

RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated as 4 -methoxy-7-hydroxyflavone (Ⅰ), cerinic acid (Ⅱ) , cetyl ferulate (Ⅲ), lupeol (Ⅳ), 3-hydroxy-9-methoxypterocarpan (Ⅴ) , β-sitosterol(Ⅵ) and daucosterol(Ⅶ).
结果分离得到7个已知化合物,分别为4'-甲氧基-7-羟基黄酮(Ⅰ),二十六碳酸(Ⅱ),阿魏酸十六烷醇酯(Ⅲ),羽扇豆醇(Ⅳ),3-羟基-9-甲氧基紫檀烷(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。
补充资料：阿菠萝什锦饭
白饭2碗，鸡蛋2只，芥兰梗约150克，腊肠2条，蒜头2瓣（切碎），盐或鱼露适量，油3汤匙。
制作方法：
1、 芥兰梗切粒，放滚水中焯熟，沥干待用。
2、 腊肠切粒，爆香后盛起待用。
3、 鸡蛋搅散。
4、 烧热油，放入蒜茸及鸡蛋炒至半熟，加入白饭、芥兰及腊肠炒匀，用盐及鱼露调味即成。
备 注：
1、 爆腊肠不必用油，腊肠受热自会渗出油分。
2、 鸡蛋必须在半熟时即加入白饭，否则太熟时不易与白饭混合
