【处方】
香附 20g 厚朴 20g 三棱20g 莪术 20g 当归20g 生草乌20g 生川乌20g 大蒜20g 使君子20g 白芷20g 穿山甲20g 木鳖子20g 蜣螂20g 胡黄连20g 大黄20g 蓖麻子20g 乳香 3g 没药 3g 芦荟 3g 血竭 3g 雄黄 15g 肉桂 15g 樟脑15g 阿魏 20g
【制法】
以上二十四味，除阿魏、樟脑外，乳香、没药、芦荟、血竭、肉桂粉碎 成细粉，雄黄水飞成极细粉，与上述粉末配研，过筛，混匀。其余香附等十六味酌予碎 断，与食用植物油2400g 同置锅内炸枯，去渣，滤过，炼至滴水成珠。另取红丹750～ 1050g，加入油内，搅匀，收膏，将膏浸泡于水中。取膏，用文火熔化，加入阿魏、樟脑 及上述粉末，搅匀，分摊于布上，即得。
【性状】
本品为摊于布上的黑膏药。

应符合膏药项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ P）。
【功能与主治】
化痞消积。用于气滞血凝，症瘕痞块，脘腹疼痛，胸胁胀满。
【用法与用量】
外用，加温软化，贴于脐上或患处。
【注意】
孕妇禁用。
