J 17Uo geZhen机座隔振(vibration isolation for generatorframe)使发电机的振源与机座隔离的措施。透平发电机的振源有两个:一是定子铁芯,定子铁芯由于磁拉力产生变形,磁拉力把两极电机的定子铁芯变为一个趋向于椭圆的旋转体,而把四极电机的铁芯变成定位筋冲片图1组合弹性定位 筋隔振结构一个旋转的四边形,其激发的振动频率是工作频率的两倍,即100H:或12OH:;另一振源是转子,这仅发生在采用端盖轴承的发电机。起因是转子不平衡而激起转子振动频率为50Hz或6OH:的振动。大型两极发电机铁芯振动的双倍振幅如达到或超过30~4即m时,就要考虑采用隔振措施,以防止铁芯剧烈振动而损害机座焊缝和机组基础。 为了防止定子铁芯的振动损害机座和基础,铁芯和机座之间采用弹性连接,这种结构称为定子的隔振结构。隔振结构主要有两种形式。一种是弹性定位筋结构,如图1所示。铁芯冲片定位筋用螺钉与弹簧板连接,而弹簧板则通过托块焊接或用螺栓固定在机座环板上。另一种是切向弹簧板结构,如图2所示。这时采用了内外机座分开的形式,内机座通图2切向弹赞板隔振结构过切向弹簧板连接到外机座。切向弹簧板隔振结构受力合理,但工艺复杂,一般用于大型透平发电机。 对采用隔振结构的机座和铁芯进行振动频率验算时,其振频必须在两倍工频的士20%区以外。当采用端盖轴承时,机座及端盖的振频必须在工频的士20%区以外。
