性质：又名四氢吡喃阿霉素。由阿霉素和二氢吡喃合成的蒽环类抗肿瘤抗生素。为橘红色粉末。无臭。易溶于水和甲醇，微溶于乙醇、氯仿，不溶于正己烷和乙醚。能迅速进入癌细胞，通过抑制核酸合成阻止细胞分裂，主要作用于G2期。给药后血中浓度迅速下降，很快分布至组织中，肺和脾的浓度较阿霉素高，主要经胆汁排泄。对头颈部癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫癌、白血病等有缓解作用。对心脏、骨髓抑制的毒副作用较阿霉素小。
