性质:又名表阿霉素,4′-表阿霉素,表比星。为阿霉素的同分异构体。橘红色结晶性粉末。熔点185℃(分解)。旋光度[α]D+274°(c=0.01,甲醇)。溶于水,微溶于乙醇,不溶于氯仿、丙酮等。在日光、高温和高湿度下不稳定,碱性溶液中迅速分解。抗瘤谱、作用机理、体内过程均类似阿霉素。用于恶性淋巴瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌、前列腺癌等。
