性质:采用阳极保护技术的管壳式换热器。通过向管壳式换热器施加阳极电流,使其处于钝化状态而免受换热介质的腐蚀。换热器由铬镍不锈钢等可钝化的金属制作,设有一根或数根与壳体绝缘的阴极以及供控制、监测用的辅助电极,采用带自控系统的低压直流电源(通常为恒电位仪)维持换热器表面电位处于钝化电位,使设备得到保护。主要用于硫酸生产中干燥塔和吸收塔循环酸的冷却。其特点是:耐腐蚀,寿命长,传热系数高,不污染环境,可回收低温位余热。
