The results show that the effect of cryogenic treatment after quenching is better than that after quenching and tempering,however the effect of twice cryogenic treatment is the best,so the strength,toughness and wear resistance of LD steel bring into play in full extent,and the service life of cold extrusion mould increases in great range.
结果表明 ,淬火后深冷处理较淬火回火后深冷处理的效果好 ,重复深冷处理的效果更好 ,使LD钢的强韧性和耐磨性得到充分发挥 ,大幅度提高了冷挤压模具的使用寿命。
