补充资料:蒜茸金橘芦笋

1)芦笋切斜长段,金橘切薄片。

2)油加热,放一半蒜茸和一半金橘片,炒香后放入芦笋段,翻炒1分钟,加盐。3)再炒半分钟,加剩下的金橘片翻炒再加水淀粉和剩下的蒜茸。水淀粉略收干,关火出锅。
