性质:吸光度(A)又称消光(E)或光密度(D),是一个无量纲单位。定义为投射到均匀吸收介质上的入射单色光强度(I0)与透过该介质的光强度(I)的比值(I0/I)的常用对数,其数学式为:A=lgI0/I。如果介质中含有吸收单色光的物质的浓度为c,介质厚度为l时,根据朗伯-比尔定律,吸光度可表示为A=Kcl,式中K为吸收系数。吸光度也可表示为透光率倒数(1/T)的常用对数。吸光度具有加和性,即混合物的总吸光度等于各个组分吸光度的加和。
