功效:

清热解毒、降低血脂、润泽肌肤、降低血压。

材料:

新鲜香菇半斤、豆腐二块、瘦猪肉六两、生姜一片、盐或鲜味露适量。

作法:

(1)猪肉洗乾净切片,飞水。

(2)把水煮磙,放入鲜香菇、生姜、豆腐,用大火煮十分钟,再转至中小火煮至香菇熟透,再放入猪肉片,待肉片熟透後,加入盐或鲜味露调味即可。
