悬架簧用油淬火回火弹簧钢丝在生产、运输和贮存过程中会发生脆断 ,通过对脆断钢丝进行理化分析、金相检验和断口形貌的电子显微镜扫描分析 ,认为造成钢丝脆性断裂的直接原因是钢丝表面缺陷 (如表面裂纹、夹杂、机械碰伤等 ) ,这些缺陷在弹性弯曲和热处理残余应力的共同作用下 ,导致了裂纹的萌生、扩展 ,最终导致材料脆断 ,断口形貌的主要特征是沿晶断裂。

Following measures have been proved effective for prolonging service life of the dies : (1)Improving the annealing after forging to decrease the network carbide, chain carbide and carbide segregation; (2)Preprocessing to promote fine and even carbides; (3) Optimizing the quenching and tempering to strengthen the ferrite matrix; (4) Making surface strengthening treatment to improve wear resistnace.
汽车零件用的某些热锻模、热冲模,采用3Cr2W8V钢和H13钢制造,常存在使用寿命不高,早期失效,提出了几项改进措施,使用寿命大大提高:①改进锻造和锻后退火工艺,消除了网状和链状碳化物及局部碳化物偏析现象;②进行预处理,细化碳化物和使其均匀分布;③调整淬火和回火工艺,获得强韧化基体;④选用优异的表面强化处理,以提高耐磨性,而不损害抗热疲劳性能;⑤适当地选用新材料,发挥新型材料的优良性能。
