Following measures have been proved effective for prolonging service life of the dies : (1)Improving the annealing after forging to decrease the network carbide, chain carbide and carbide segregation; (2)Preprocessing to promote fine and even carbides; (3) Optimizing the quenching and tempering to strengthen the ferrite matrix; (4) Making surface strengthening treatment to improve wear resistnace.
汽车零件用的某些热锻模、热冲模,采用3Cr2W8V钢和H13钢制造,常存在使用寿命不高,早期失效,提出了几项改进措施,使用寿命大大提高:①改进锻造和锻后退火工艺,消除了网状和链状碳化物及局部碳化物偏析现象;②进行预处理,细化碳化物和使其均匀分布;③调整淬火和回火工艺,获得强韧化基体;④选用优异的表面强化处理,以提高耐磨性,而不损害抗热疲劳性能;⑤适当地选用新材料,发挥新型材料的优良性能。
