原料配方 玉米500克 液化淀粉酶50毫克 焦糖300克 丁香0.5克 肉桂0.5克 茴香0.1克 薄荷0.2克 乳酸0.7克 苹果酸0.5克 酒酵母8克
制作方法
1.取玉米放收5升沸水中浸3小时，过滤除去玉米后，添加液化淀粉酶，在60℃中静置6小时。
2.然后加入焦糖、丁香、肉桂、茴香、薄荷。在100℃下浸2小时，过滤后加入乳酸、苹果酸，冷却后加由葡萄酒分出的酒酵母培养而成的酵母，在6～8℃中静置5日进行发酵。
3.然后除去酵母，加压充二氧化碳气体，装瓶后在60℃热水中杀菌10分钟，使制成清凉饮。
产品特点 含酒精0.5%，风味柔和，透明度好。
