酥炸香椿芽
原料: 原 料:
香椿头嫩芽250克,发酵面,面粉,干淀粉,精盐,胡椒粉,植物油,小苏打粉各适量。
制法: (1)香椿头嫩芽入沸水中焯过,捞出沥水,放入盘中,加入精盐,胡椒粉,干淀粉拌匀。
(2)发酵面用水调匀,加入面粉搅匀,放置片刻,加小苏打粉及适量植物油拌和。
(3)炒锅上火,放油烧至五成热,将椿芽挂糊,下锅炸至酥脆,装盘即成。
特点: 清香酥脆,清热解毒,行气活血。
