1.材料:鸡腿肉1件,生抽,麦芽糖,辣椒干、花椒和辣椒油(随各人口味增减),还有姜片和蒜头。2.将1汤匙麦芽糖和清水加1茶匙生抽调成汁料,备用;鸡腿肉切块,用1汤匙生抽和1茶匙砂糖腌10分钟。3.爆香姜片和蒜头后,加入腌好的鸡腿肉,煎至两面金黄,即可勺起,沥油。4.先爆香辣椒干和花椒,待香味溢出,下鸡腿肉一同炒香至熟。5.倒入先前调好的汁料,充分炒匀后,熄火,滴上适量辣椒油拌匀,即可上碟。6.香辣的麦芽鸡配上冰冻的菠萝啤,真是perfectcouple!
