性质:蛋白质的水解产物。含有多种氨基酸。有潮解性的淡黄色或灰黄色粉末。有特殊臭,但无腐败臭。能溶于水成为泡沫状浑浊液,水溶液呈弱酸性反应,不溶于乙醇和乙醚。适用于营养不良、病后体弱、妊娠和产后虚弱等症。也可治疗蛋白质缺乏症或供十二指肠溃疡急救用。取乳酪素或其他适宜的蛋白质,用胰酶或酸水解而制得。
