In this paper,the processing technology of cured goose ham have been studied,experimental de-signed against drying and curing links,and deter-mined the best process parameters:The products used mixed cured method, the time of curing link is nine days;drying by intermittent dry(55℃ -room temperature -45℃ -Room Temperature -55℃ -room temperature &16h-8h-16h-8h-16h-8h).

传说天宫有一个仙姬，被玉皇大帝谪贬成一只仙鹅飞到风景优美的寨子岭下，变成一个道姑治病救人。后人为纪念她修了仙鹅寺。又传说仙鹅寺是陈友谅的后人所修。陈友谅当年在寨子岭安营扎寨与朱元璋争帝失败被株连九族时，不少族亲改姓埋名，隐匿山林。据查史料，明朝弘治年间的户部侍郎程万里，就是由“陈”改姓“程”的，退休后定居华容。他为纪念先祖陈友谅，捐资修建了仙鹅寺。仙鹅寺现重建在寨子岭山腰，那万绿丛中一点红便是
