【房地产公开协议I房地产代理协议中的一种。房地产卖主(委托人)通过经纪人以一个规定的价格出售房地产,如该经纪人找到了符合卖主规定条件的买主,他将有权取得佣金。可是有一些房地产卖主会坚持在产权转让或销售合同鉴字后才会支付佣金。房地产公开协议是一种“单务”合同。卖主作出支付佣金的承诺后,在经纪人找到一个买主之前,卖主可以随时取消要约。但是,如果卖主拒绝接受经纪人介绍的买主并取消要约。然后再与这个买主单独商谈交易,那这种行为将被视为欺骗行为。卖主可以委托几个经纪人出售房地产,同时自己也可出售,因为在一个经纪人为他找到一个买主之前,他并无责任支付佣金。
