结构式 CH3CH=CHCH=CHCOOK
    学名己二烯-(2,4)-酸钾。无色至白色鳞片状结晶或结晶性粉末,无嗅或稍有臭味。在空气中不稳定。能被氧化着色。分子量150.22。有吸湿性。易溶于水、乙醇。
    生产方法:主要采用中和法。以山梨酸为原料,与碳酸钾或氢氧化钾进行中和反应而得。
    用途:化妆品防腐剂。属有机酸类防腐剂。添加量一般为0.5%。可与山梨酸混合使用。山梨酸钾虽易溶于水,使用方便,但其1%水溶液pH值为7-8,有使化妆品pH值升高的倾向,在使用时应予注意。
