l毯灾预防1人工控制降雹的办法。这种办法是:当出现冰雹时，用大炮、特制的土炮、土火箭、防火箭(载有碘化银)向积雨云进行轰击，利用炸药爆炸时产生的强大冲击波，使云中的冰雹互相碰撞，大冰雹撞碎成小冰雹，小冰雹降落下来融化成雨滴。或者通过冲击波的作用，使云中的过冷却水珠(温度在。℃以下，未冻结的雨滴)变成冰晶，这样就改变了冰水共存的状态，破坏了产生冰雹的条件，使云中的冰晶不是变成冰雹而是变成雨滴降下来，以达到防止冰雹灾害的目的。
