痘疮难靥

痘疮难靥   病证名。即痘疮干浆应收靥而不收靥。痘疮自见点、起胀、灌浆10-13天左右,应收靥结痂。到时而不收靥,为毒气太盛,内外热蒸所致。若失于治疗,则热毒入心,可变为险证。治宜清热败毒,用《证治准绳》犀角散。
