钛合金 titanium alloy 以钛为基体加入其他合金元素而构成的有色合金。其主要添加元素有铝、锡、锰、钒、铬、钼、铁、硅、铜等。在退火状态下,钛合金的相组成分为a型、β型和(a+β )型3类,中国分别以TA、TB和TC表示。与其他金属材料相比 ,钛合金比强度高,中温、低温性能好;在氧化性介质中,合金表面能生成一层牢固而致密的、破坏后又能自愈的氧化膜,可防止金属进一步氧化,故钛合金又具有较好的耐腐蚀性。 钛合金按用途分为:①耐蚀钛合金。除具有一般钛合金的耐蚀性能外,还具有高断裂韧性和高强度、低的应力腐蚀敏感性和耐海水和化工介质的腐蚀性能。主要用于制造潜艇壳体和海洋压力容器等。②耐热钛合金。通过固溶强化、弥散强化等工艺获得较好的高温性能,使用温度在400℃以上。用于制造飞行器蒙皮、航天工业用发动机零件等。③高强度钛合金。强度可达1200~2000兆帕(MPa)。主要用于制造飞机构件,还可制造耐蚀设备、运动器具等。④低温钛合金。可在液氧、液氢温度下使用,具有高的低温塑性和韧性。用于制造液态气体的容器和需要高塑性、高韧性的零件。⑤粉末钛合金。用粉末冶金方法制成,可代替变形钛合金制造各种半精密形状的零件,能提高材料的利用率,降低制造成本。⑥功能钛合金。主要有镍钛形状记忆合金、铁钛储氢材料等。 |
