BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- A senior Chinese publicity official on Friday pledged to enhance relations with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) as he met with a delegation from a DPRK newspaper.

"It's an unswerving principle of the Chinese Party and government to constantly consolidate and develop friendly cooperative relations with the DPRK," said Liu Qibao, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. Full Story
