BEIJING, April 26 (Xinhuanet) --The 22nd Summit has wrapped up in Brunei. Leaders from the 10-nation bloc gathered to discuss further economic integration, and a host of regional and international issues.
The leaders agreed to push ahead with the ASEAN Roadmap and ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint, and to intensify regional and sub-regional efforts to establish an ASEAN Community by the end of 2015.
They also reached consensus on starting negotiations on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership next month in Brunei. The partnership aims to be the largest free trade bloc in the world, comprising all 10 ASEAN nations and the six other countries with which the group has free-trade agreements, including China.
