BEIJING, Nov. 24 (Xinhuanet) -- The head of the Chinese delegation to the United Nations climate talks in Warsaw has said the results of the meeting are acceptable but not entirely satisfying.
Xie Zhenhua, deputy head of China’s National Development and Reform Commission, said the talks provide a good foundation for future negotiations.
