CAIRO, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- Several thousands of supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsi staged protests across Egypt on Friday to demands his reinstatement as security forces intensified presence around main squares and roads.
Three people were killed and dozens of others injured in skirmish between supporters of Morsi and local citizens in Sharqiya and Port Said governorates, medical officials and state- run media said. Full story
