BEIJING, Aug. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- The UN and Arab League Special Envoy for Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi, has said that the "substance" used in an attack in Damascus last week will be identified after the UN chemical weapons team files its report.

Lakhdar Brahimi, UN-Arab League Envoy to Syria, said, "I think that they are coming out in a couple of days and they will be reporting to the Secretary-General (referring to UN chief Ban Ki-moon) and we will know for certain what is the substance that has been used. Because certainly something must have been used to hurt so many people."
