BEIJING, Jan. 24 (Xinhuanet) -- Russia has said that the rebels fighting French and African troops in Mali are the same fighters the West armed in the revolt that ousted Muammar Gaddafi in Libya. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the situation in Mali is a consequence of events in Libya.
