Doing research on magnetic particle testing process of propylene spherical welded seam by using magnetic non-destructive detection technology can exactly and reliably test the defects of the materials and get an analytical result,thus reduce the wastage and assure safe operation of the pressure container.

Magnetic particle testing steps and elements were described in detail,and testing traces of the magnetic particle characteristics,as well as defects in the post-processing methods were introduced.
