性质:又称闪蒸。将液体混合物连续加热、减压而部分汽化达到平衡并使汽液两相分离的操作。使原料液连续地进入加热炉,被加热至一定温度,然后经节流阀减压至预定压强,随着压强的突然降低,过热液体发生自蒸发,使部分液体汽化并达到平衡状态。汽、液两相在分离器中分成两股不同组成的产物,顶部产物中易挥发组分获得浓集,底部产物中难挥发组分获得浓集。其原理参见闪急蒸馏。
