红曲(又名丹曲)是传统的药、食两用品,在中国已有上千年使用历史,药学巨著《本草纲目》谷部第二十五卷记载:红曲甘、温、无毒,主治消食活血,健脾燥胃,治赤白痢下水谷。酿酒、破血生药势。红曲红色素和红曲粉是目前国际上唯一利用微生物大规模生产的食用天然色素,本厂生产的系列规格的红曲米采用优质早稻米,通过独具特色的发酵工艺,控制发酵生产的各项参数,调控代谢产物中不同色调的色素比例,得到的红曲米粉红色纯正,通过粉碎、灭菌、包装而成,该产品具有多年的出口经验,产品色价稳定、色调纯正,质量稳定,深受国外客商好评,本厂能够提供不同规格的红曲粉产品。
色素性质:
