Objective: to observe Yifei Qinghua Ointment affecting the mRNA expression of adhesion molecules of E-cad、CD44 and CD44V6 in the lung cancer during the process of invasion and metastasis and to discuss the mechanism profoundlyMethods: the RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of E-cad, CD44 and CD44V6 in the cells of Lewis tumor transplanted in the mice after administration of drug.
目的:观察益肺清化膏对肺癌侵袭转移过程中粘附分子E-cad、CD44、CD44V6等mRNA表达水平的影响,以深入探讨该药的作用机制。

药理作用：可减轻小鼠因感染流感病毒A1型鼠肺适应株FM1所致的肺部病变程度；减轻小鼠因感染肺炎球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌引起的死亡；并具有止咳、解痉作用。
功能与主治：宣肺清热、化痰止咳。用于小儿上呼吸道感染、支气管炎所致的痰热证，症见：咳嗽不爽、痰黄粘稠、喉间痰鸣、咽红便干、舌红苔黄。
用法与用量：口服，7个月～1岁：每次0.5袋，一日2次；2～3岁：每次0.5袋，一日3次；4～7岁：每次1.0袋，一日2次；8～14岁：每次1.5袋，一日2次。
不良反应：个别患者出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛。
