为观察自拟方祛风解痉敛肺止咳治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效,将55例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分成两组,治疗组29例用自拟方;对照组26例用联邦止咳露。

描述BrachystelmaR.Br.润肺草属，萝藦科，30种，分布于非洲、大洋洲及亚洲东南部，我国有润肺草B.eduleColl.etHemsl.1种，产云南和广西。直立或缠绕草本，有块根；叶对生，有时极狭或小；花数朵排成腋生、无柄的伞形花序，或单生，柄极纤细；花萼内面基部具5个腺体；花冠钟状或辐状，裂片5，延长；副花冠短，着生于合蕊冠上，环状，5－10裂，直立或反折，其中5枚裂片再分成3小裂片，小裂片呈舌状，或副花冠裂片呈宽膜片；雄蕊柱极短，顶无附属体；花粉块每室1个，无柄，直立；雌蕊由2枚离生心皮组成，花柱短，柱头近平坦；蓇葖纤细；种子有种毛。
