肺痿喘
肺痿喘 证名。肺痿病所见的气喘。其证喘而兼见唾有脓血或浊痰。《杂病源流犀烛·咳嗽哮喘源流》：“肺痿喘，唾有脓血或浊痰，宜紫菀散。”本证所指肺痿与通常由肺损阴虚或肺寒阳虚的肺痿有别，而与肺痈相近。《汤液本草》卷中：“肺痿，咳唾脓血。”本证见于肺脓疡、支气管扩张症等疾患。
