Nowadays,the young generation goes to social standard from individual standard,sharing joys and hardships from sole enjoyment,taking the heavy responsibility from the self-centered.

With the method of expert consulting,literature review,fieldwork and interview,the paper studies meanings,scientific content,methods and notice in enjoyment of traditional sport health preserving process and reveals that 1) enjoyment of the process of traditional sport health preserving is the main purpose of practice,both the process and result are included in the enjoyment.
