Classroom equality means mainly that teachers deal equally with students in the course of classroom teaching,not partial to any individual student,but classroom equality does not mean fair to all even out.

For example, equality in classroom teaching is helpful for students’all-around development and the development of teachers’inner quality, which therefore make it possible for the reform on education for all-around develop.
