位于河曲县城西门外，清乾隆十六年建造，临黄河建有古戏台，每年农历的七月十五举行祭禹活动和规模较大的河灯盛会，届时僧人诵经，鼓乐吹奏，夜间用装点一新的木船将360 盏河灯泡放于河中，景致十分壮观，吸引着秦、晋、蒙的无数边民。
