Side-by-side PET/PTT bi-component filaments at 50/50 weight ratio were produced under normal industrial conditions and the effects of different drawing technological parameters including draw ratio,temperatures of hot disc and hot plate on the boiling shrinkage property and crimp property of PTT/PET bi-component filaments were systematically investigated.

The analysis and test of the corrosion characteristics, corrosion product, pipe corrosion forms, surface composition and impurities, media and environment impact of the coils concludes that the corrosion of the heating coils of the 3 - phase separator is mainly the external wall corrosion by carbon dioxide and oxygen in the waster water.
