1。把酸豆角洗净（如若比较咸，可以泡水一些时间，退咸），俺尝了，还好，咸酸适中，切成颗粒待用；
2。金螺冷鲜肉柜买的肉泥，加味精，盐，孜然搅拌，腌制；
3。油锅烧热下辣椒，蒜头爆香，下腌好的肉末快速翻炒，最后把酸豆角粒倒入，放少许盐，一起炒片刻．起锅时撒少许鸡精，出锅装盘。 做法很简单吧，可是好吃，又开胃，是陪稀饭的绝配！
