Firstly how can we establish a dialects phonetic strata after discussing about literary and colloquial reading and then it is emphasized literary readings and readings from literary stratum, colloquial readings and readings from colloquial stratum should be distinguished.

本文从语音方面入手,对新疆汉语方言区普通话水平测试各等级进行分析,以期准确描述出各等级的语音面貌。

The dissertation tried to analyze some corresponding relationships between Chinese dialects and Com-mon Spoken Chinese according to their phonetic features, to find out a more scientific and more convenient way to classify Chinese phonetics and to make its test accurate, quick and sure.
