| 柚 Citrus grandis；shaddock 芸香科柑橘属常绿乔木。又称抛、文旦。中国福建、四川、广东、广西、台湾等地均有栽培。树冠近圆形。枝条粗壮，有刺。叶大而厚，卵形或椭圆形。花大，白色，总状花序，偶有单生。果大，果肉白色、微黄或粉红色，汁胞较粗长，汁少。著名品种有沙田柚、金兰柚、文旦柚、晚白柚、麻豆柚、梁山柚等。生产上多用压条繁殖，或用本砧嫁接。一般多施肥和疏果有利于结优质大果。果实营养丰富，贮运性能好，除鲜食外可加工制果汁等。果皮为蜜饯原料。
