cognitive conflict
认知冲突(cognitive eonfliet)指认知发展过程原有概念(或认知结构)与现实情境不相符时在心理上所产生的矛盾或冲突。皮亚杰认为调节是解决认知冲突的一种有效方法,即个体遇到新的情境条件下,原有认知结构不能适应现实环境要求时,他只能改变已有的认知结构以符合现实环境的要求。否则,只有同化,没有顺应或调节,人就无法保持他与现实环境之间的平衡。只有通过调节不断解决认知冲突,同化与顺应的交替发生处于一种均势时,才能保证主体与客体的相互作用达到某种相对稳定或平衡的状态,促使人的认知活动不断丰富和深化。 (黄冬梅撰牟丈博审)
