group behavior therapy
团体行为治疗(group behavior therapy)又称“行为主义的团体治疗”，是将行为理论和学习原则应用于一组患者的集体心理治疗形式。从行为主义和学习原则的角度来看，心理治疗是一种学习过程。在团体治疗中，由于刺激情境比较接近于真实的生活情境，从而使所学到的人际交往技能更容易泛化或扩展到真实的生活情境中去。这就为小组成员和治疗者提供更多的机会，以提示和激励患者改变适应不良或问题行为。人类的许多学习是通过示范和模仿过程进行的。在团体治疗中，每一个成员都具有一些社会角色模型可以模仿，因此可同化或吸收的东西很多。小组中某一成员成功地消除了不良行为，这一事实不仅可增加其他成员抛弃类似行为的动机，而且可以从小组成员那里得到反馈，得知自己哪些行为令人讨厌，哪些行为受到其他成员的欢迎。治疗者就会有机会加以组织，利用小组各个成员逼真的模拟发生问题的情境，进一步应用行为技术进行社会环境强化作用，消除这些问题。团体治疗中所采用的主要技术有:问题解决、放松训练、角色扮演、认知自我分析和接受反馈等。此外，也采用强化法、脱敏法、厌恶法、情绪冲击法和代币调节法等。 渐津广撰梁宝勇审)
