zhanc：hang jingstmnzheng战场精神征(battleI"ield psychologicalsyndrome) 因战场环境强烈刺激因素引起的参战人员心理、行为失调，白控能力减弱或丧失的征候群。亦称战争精神病或战斗应激反应。战场精神征类似症状曾往美国内战时期参战军人中出现，当时称达-科斯达综合征(Da Costa SvndrOID_e)。美军因精神神经病在第二次I世界大战中入院率为25．59％o，在朝鲜战争中发病率为32‰，在越南战争中为1 4％o。战场精神征分3种类型：①单纯型。主要是异常情绪反应。②混合型。主要是异常情绪反应伴有人格紊乱。④复合型。主要是躯体伤伴有过度情绪反应或人格紊乱。主要症状：一股表现为焦虑、紧张、抑郁、惊恐、睡眠障碍、易激惹、记忆受损、注意力分散；重者可有语言障碍、精神分裂、突发攻击行为等。呈急性、慢性或延迟性发作。防治原则是：加强军人的体能锻炼，增强战场环境的适应能力；普及心理卫生知识，提高自我心理调节能力，培养良好的心理素质；使军人在战场环境有充分的休息，防止过度疲劳；发现有发病征候者及时处置，实施个人或集体的心理疏导；让患者就近就地休息，给予心理治疗，并配合药物和针刺治疗。 (毛玉明)
