原料:
芥菜200克,味精1克,猪瘦肉30克,葱花5克,酱油5克,食盐适量,料酒10克,花生油30克。
制法: (1)芥菜洗净,切成丝,猪肉切成片,分别放入盘中待用。
(2) 炒锅上火,倒入花生油烧热,加葱花炝锅,烹入料酒,酱油,再加猪肉片炒败下,放入芥菜丝,食盐炒熟,撒入味精炒匀即可。
