原料配方 咸芥头100公斤 虾油60公斤 姜丝2公斤
制作方法 将咸芥头整理干净后擦成丝，用清水浸泡1小时，上榨脱水。然后入缸倒入虾油，撒上姜丝，每隔2天倒一次缸，7天后即为成品。
质量标准 质脆，丝长均匀，具有浓厚的虾油香味。
